I would like to introduce you to Dr. Connie Heaton DVM. She is currently in charge of the Animal Control Office of Fayette County. She is located in Vandalia, IL. She has had a veterinarian practice for the last 15 years.

Dr. Heaton is currently setting up an adoption agency for abandoned dogs and cats. The number is growing every year of unwanted animals for whatever reason.

Our Mission

The goal of the adopt-a-pet program is to provide homes for these abandoned animals and too provide a loving companion for those who adopt these pets.
